K'Niption Fit is still kicking...I guess it just goes to show that even with the so-called knowledge of old age, we're still not quite smart enough to know when enough is enough.  We're out to ensure there is still some high energy rock being played in the Flathead.  We aim to continue to call the Great Northern Bar in Whitefish our home turf, and hope to see you there to join us.  You can find our current schedule here.

K'Niption Fit is an accomplished rock and roll band with a versatile play list from the 70's, 80's and 90's.  K'Niption Fit calls the Flathead Valley of Northwest Montana home.  Formed in May 2005, K'Niption Fit set out to differentiate from other local bands by showcasing strong vocal harmonies, tight musical arrangements, a professional attitude, and a list of rocking tunes that's guaranteed to get about anyone hopping.
